A soft and perfectly blended mix of meaty tastes and textures, with a hint of Santa Fe style seasoning that lends itself well to a wide variety of flavours and regions of inspiration. Like all PlantBase meatz, this freezes incredibly well. Just divide into in-house portions.

Wheat protein flour, bean flour/soy flour, vegan no-beef stock, soy sauce/soy extracts, handmade vegan Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, tomato paste, nutritional yeast, shiitake mushroom powder, maple syrup, apple juice sesame tahini, liquid smoke extract, agnostura bitters, tartan bitters, minced garlic, onion, red miso paste, salt, other herbs, seasonings, and spices.
Heat to a core temperature of 75c, and serve. Add to your pasta sauce and soup bases and stew in for lovely texture and flavour.
THIS IS A FROZEN PRODUCT.
Contains gluten, soy, sesame. keep product refrigerated at 4c or less. Keeps 3 weeks in sealed package. Use by expiration date or use 5 days within opening. Can be kept frozen for three months. If cooking, heat to a minimum of 74c.
Manufactured in facility that also processes tree nuts, milk, soy, and may contain other allergens.
